What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping is done through courier services.Pick up will be done by the customer at the courier office. Exceptions may include Nairobi(15km radius) and Mombasa (15km radius) , Nakuru (15km radius) and Kisumu (15km radius) where door drop--off can be done.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Pakage?
Customers within Mombasa and Nairobi can get goods within 2 working days. . Customers from other parts of the country will expect delivery within 3 to 4 working days.

Who Pays Delivery Cost?
The customer pay for delivery cost upon making an order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
The only payment platforms acceptable are M-PESA Paybill Number and PESAPAL which supports different payment methods i.e (VISA, Airtel-Money etc). Payment must be made before delivery of goods

How do I place an Order?
Shopping is easy, Once you have identified the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
1. Click on 'Basket', to add this product to your cart,
2. Click on 'cart' in the top right corner,
3. Click "Proceed To Check Out" 4. Enter your shipping/billing information,
5. Choose your preferred payment option,
6.Click on 'Place order' to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. In case, the supplier is unable to deliver the order after you make the payment, our team will process the refund to your bank account within ( 3 to 4 ) working days after receipt of your bank details.
